numpy字符串操作less_equal()函数
numpy.core.defchararray.less_equal(arr1, arr2) 是另一个在numpy中进行字符串操作的函数。它逐一检查两个相同形状的字符串数组的元素,如果arr1的元素小于或等于arr2的元素,即arr1 <= arr2,则返回True,否则返回False。
参数:
arr1 : 类似于str或unicode的数组。第一个输入数组。

返回: [ndarray] 输出布尔数组,如果arr1和arr2是标量,则输出单个布尔。
